The sales and purchase contract would be in accordance with international standards and procedures Willing and able to enter into contractual agreement with the Buyer for the sales of the following commodity as follows:
Origin = South Kalimantan, Indonesia
Product = Iron Ore Non Crush (RAW)
Jetty South Kalimantan = Jetty CNKO
Anchorage Point = Asam - Asam
Loading Rate = 8, 000 - 11, 000 MT
Term of Payment = CASH
Packing = In Bulk
Delivery = 30 days after Final Contract
Price FOB Barge Crasser = IRD, Rp. 500.000,- ( Cash Payment )
Quantity = 20.000 MT/Mnt

Payment : By Cash 50% - 40% - 10%
System Payment : 50 % cash (in sign contract) with the guarantee stock management transfer to the Buyer by the Miner is 50% of the total quantity of contract and confirmed by Notary.
40% cash (in stockpile port, South Kalimantan,
10% cash (Document Complete in Vessel).

Inspection : Quality and Quantity determined at Barge by an Acceptable Independent Surveyor (GEOSERVICE LTD ). All of cost and Charges of Inspection incurred will be Distributed by Seller.
Validity :Within 3 ( three ) working days from issuring date.
